This book is short and sweet. It’s a quick read and a great audio book. It gets to the point and offers strategies and takaways.

Teach Skills and Break Habits: Growth Mindsets for Better Behavior in the Classroom by Dan St. Romain

This book is a manual on how to work with students. This is on my list for my next book study. I am on my third read and my book is highlighted, scribbled in, and post it marked.

This book is written in a way that helps all those involved in the lives of people with autism. I think this should be a required book for all people! I just finished a book study with a group of educators who read this book. The reviews were all positive!

I highly recommend reading this book from a family’s perspective. It is a great book and helps the reader gain empathy and understand what having a child with autism entails. I loved reading about the family’s journey. I felt like I cried with them, laughed with them, and loved with them.

Recommended! Keep in mind it’s outdated, but there is good information you can pull from it. I think you have to go into it knowing that the original copyright date is 1936.
